Basketball Daily

The highly anticipated basketball game for the PC, NBA2K9, is now available at local stores and on the Internet from sources like Amazon for only $19.99.  This is currently the only basketball game that is available for the PC in multi-player form and that is updated with the newest rosters.

Let me tell you, fans across the globe, this is the game to get.  The graphics are excellent and super realistic.  The game play is phenomenal and the controls are very easy to figure out and are highly customizable.  The included music tracks are enjoyable and the play-by-play announcer calling is right on the mark.

In the short time I have had NBA2K9, I have noticed a few things that I don’t like though.  The menu structuring is actually somewhat confusing and could of been implemented much better.  While playing a game there are fantastic animations, but most are time consuming and get annoying after a few games.

My initial impressions are that this game will be a huge success for PC gamers.  I have not attempted online play, so I can’t comment on that just yet.  Overall, while it is are only choice for a basketball game on the computer, I’m glad 2K Sports released this to us.  Absolutely, two thumbs up.
