Top 10 Field Goal Shooters Of The 2007-2008 Season
Usually all of the top field goal shooters each season are big men that play the Center or Power Forward position. It is because they play around the hoop and get a lot of dunks, tip-ins and short range shots. One shocker in this list is Amare Stoudemire who places in spot number 5. He does indeed drive the ball to the basket, but he has developed a great mid-range jumper that he has mastered.
Andris Biedrins of the Golden State Warriors improved his field goal percentage over the previous season to 62.6% and captured the #1 spot of the 2007-2008 season. After 17 games played this season, Andris has been struggling and only averaging a percentage of 53.8%. It might be tough for him this year to regain the top spot since Baron Davis no longer plays for the Warriors. Davis use to dish him simple lay-ups and dunks for the easy score.
