A Healthy Spurs Team Whoops The Nuggets
On Thusday night, December 4th, the San Antonio Spurs pitted their lock down defense against the Denver Nuggets and whooped them bad winning with a final score of 108-91. The Nuggets looked befuddled and out of rhythm. It was the San Antonio team we have come to expect over the last 10 years, and now since Parker and Ginobili are back from their injuries, the Spurs will undoubtedly start playing better.
The 3 Allstars, Duncan, Parker and Ginobili racked up 64 points together and 3 others including Bonner, Mason and Hill were all in double figures. Tim Duncan, who could arguably be one of the best Power Forwards that ever played the game also had 12 rebounds and 5 blocked shots. It’s good to see the Spurs gelling now, since the poor start they had this season.
