Superman And Company Annihilate The Bulls
The Orlando Magic literally buried the Chicago Bulls from opening tip off on New Years Eve. At one point the Magic was ahead 30 points late in the third quarter. When the fourth period rolled around, Stan Van Gundy elected to throw in all the bench players and finish out the game with garbage time. The score ended at 113-94.
The leading scorer for the Magic was Rashard Lewis with 21 points and Dwight “Superman” Howard had 15 points with 14 boards on only 29 minutes of game time. Off the bench 3 players finished in double figures including Marcin Gortat, Courtney Lee and Anthony Johnson. Neither the Celtics or the Cavaliers will want to face off against the Magic in the Playoffs as they are becoming a team to be reckon with.
