Thunder Capture Their 6th Win In Overtime

While the Oklahoma City Thunder was leading the whole game until they started to fold yet once again in the fourth, I was quite surprised to see them play with poise and determination in the final minutes of regulation game time, to force an overtime.  In the 5 minutes overtime period, they dominated and came away with a victory over the Chicago Bulls with the score ending at 109-98.

The Rookie of the Year last season Kevin Durant led the Thunder with 28 points and the center Nick Collison played huge with 21 points and 9 rebounds.  Also in double figures for the starting roster was Jeff Green and Russell Westbrook contributing 14 points each.  The high man off the bench was Desmond Mason who had 10 points.  This victory gives Oklahoma City only their 6th win on the season.  If they don’t start picking up their game they could possibly end up with the worst team record in history.
