The Champs Crush The Suns On MLK Day
It’s been a long time since I seen a beating put on a team like the Boston Celtics did to the Phoenix Suns on Martin Luther King day. From the get go, the Celtics literally demolished the Suns, playing with deep passion and determination, like they did in the Championship Finals last year. The game was so lopsided that none of the starters even came off the bench in the fourth quarter. The Celtics smacked around the Suns the whole game, and they beat them with ease with a final score ending at 104-87.
The Top 3 scorers for Boston was Rajon Rondo with 23 points, Ray Allen with 20 points and Kevin Garnett with 16 points. Every player on the Celtics roster got to play and there was only one player that didn’t score which was Patrick O’Bryant. After an incredible start this season, the Celtics got into a little lull, but don’t be confused by this, they are beasts and will be extremely hard to defeat come Playoffs time.
