The Youngest NBA Basketball Player Records

Published by techspotlight at 12:10 am under NBA, Records Edit This

I have compiled a fun and informative list here that shows some NBA records that have been made by the youngest players in the league.  Not surprising is that most of the records have been broken in recent times due to the athleticism and training players have devoted to this sport.  As you can see Lebron “The King” James is really breaking records left and right, and as long as James stays healthy, he will break many more along the course of his career.

  • Youngest Allstar game MVP - Lebron James - 21 years and 51 days old
  • Youngest player to play a pro NBA game - Andrew Bynum - 18 years and 6 days old
  • Youngest player to reach 25,000 points - Wilt Chamberlain - 31 years and 168 days old
  • Youngest player to receive an all NBA first team defense award - Lebron James - 21 years and 138 days old
  • Youngest player to score 50 or more points - Lebron James - 20 years and 80 days old
  • Youngest player to start a game - Kobe Bryant - 18 years and 158 days old
  • Youngest Slam Dunk champion - Kobe Bryant - 18 years and 169 days old
