Orlando Bludgeons The Clippers

Not surprisingly, the struggling and ailing Los Angeles Clippers were no match for the sharpshooting, dominant Orlando Magic.  The Magic shot a blistering 61% from the three point line and 56% overall team field goal percentage.  Orlando had a field day with the non-existent defense of the L.A. team, and went on to an easy win with a final score of 125-96.

Anthony Johnson stepped into Jameer Nelson’s role as starting point guard due to Nelson’s injury and put up 25 points on 9 for 11 shooting.  Courtney Lee a bench player was the second leading scorer with 21 points.  Dwight Howard as usual dominated the boards grabbing 15 rebounds and keeps his #1 spot on the season for average rebounds per game and average blocks per game.  The Magic improve their record to 37 wins and 11 losses.
