Ejection-Fest At Oracle Arena
The Phoenix Suns, who are in ninth place in the Western Conference, went into Oracle Arena, the home of the Golden State Warriors and put up strong numbers in an offensive clinic. In a game where no defense was played, the Warriors got beat down bad. During the second half, Stephen Jackson and Coach Don Nelson both got ejected while arguing with the refs. The victory was needed for the Suns who have been struggling as of late. The final score ended at 154-130.
The top three scorers for Phoenix were Jason Richardson with 31 points, Shaquille O’Neal with 26 points and Leandro Barbosa with 21 points off the bench. The team as a whole shot an outstanding 62% from the field. The Suns record now improves to 36 wins and 31 losses on the season.
