Now that all of the players of the Utah Jazz are back from injuries, they are showing just how dominant they are taking their winning streak to +10 by defeating the Denver Nuggets. The Jazz got off to a rocky start in the first few quarters, but apparently at half time they had a pep talk and came out firing on all cylinders with a 17 to 0 run and never looked back from there. The Utah victory ended with a final score of 97-91.
The top 3 scorers for the Jazz were Deron Williams with 25 points, Ronnie Brewer with 16 points and Mehmet Okur with 12 points. Andrei Kirilenko and Paul Millsap both contributed 9 points each off the bench. Utah improved their record to 39 wins and 23 losses on the season.

Without Carlos Boozer the Utah Jazz have been struggling but when they met up against the Champion Boston Celtics there offense and defense were firing on all cylinders. Many people don’t like watching the grind it out games like this one, but I sure do. It shows the talent level of all players when they have hording defense all over them. Kevin Garnett left for the locker room late in the second quarter with a knee tweak and failed to return in the second half, due to the coach Doc Rivers playing it on the safe side. This probably cost them the game as down the stretch the Jazz pulled ahead slightly and got the win with a final score that ended 90-85.
The top 3 scorers for the Jazz were Mehmet Okur with 19 points, Deron Williams with 18 points and Ronnie Brewer with 16 points. The only other player in double figures was Andrei Kirilenko with 13 points off the bench. The Jazz are the 8th seed currently with only 3 games separating 5 teams. Boozer is expected to return next week and if he is 100% watch the Jazz shoot up the list in the West.

The ailing Utah Jazz franchise this year has had a myriad of injuries all season long, but they are hanging in there and in their latest game with the Dallas Mavericks, the Jazz took it too them and literally crushed them by almost 30 points. The whole 4th quarter was garbage time as their was no hope for the Mavs. The final score ended up at 115-87.
Leading the way for the Jazz was Deron Williams with 34 points on 11 for 20 shooting. All of the Jazz starters were in double figures as everyone got off against the defensive-less Dallas team. Utah now improves their record to 28 wins and 22 losses. The Jazz, Mavericks and Suns will be fighting all year for that #8 Playoff spot in the West. Hopefully, Carlos Boozer will come back from his injury soon to give the Jazz team a fighting chance to make it.
